The Sound Partnership pays the full cost of basic vision care coverage for you and your family. You pay nothing for the monthly cost of this coverage. The Sound Partnership Vision Plan is administered by Davis Vision.
Davis Vision offers a network of participating vision care providers located throughout Pierce County, Federal Way and Seattle. When you use a participating provider, the plan pays most covered expenses in full. Plus, your provider handles all the paperwork so there are no claim forms to fill out.
When you use a non-participating provider, you pay expenses first. Then, you submit a claim and the plan will reimburse you a scheduled amount for your covered expenses. Please refer to the Davis Vision website for more details.
As a reminder, your Davis Vision ID# is your 9-digit Employee ID#.
