**MESSAGE FROM NUTRITION SERVICES
Beginning January, 2012, Nutrition Services will offer a soy non-dairy beverage as a milk substitute in all school cafeterias. The soy beverage will be offered to students who have a dairy allergy if requested with a note from a parent, licensed physician and/or a recognized medical authority. This will replace our juice offering at lunch for students with a dairy allergy. According to current USDA regulations we must offer a milk substitute.
