The Tanzanian Children’s Fund (TCF) was established to aid the marginalized children of Tanzania. Working in partnership with registered, nongovernmental, non-profit organizations, TCF provides financial and intellectual support to programs designed to improve the lives of children in need.  Currently, TCF is assisting the Rift Valley Children's Fund by granting funds to build and support an orphanage.  TCF has built and is occupying 12 buildings and, as of December 2008, completed construction on the last two children's houses.  As of June 2009, the Rift Valley Children's Village is a home to 69 children.

Lowell is partnering with TCF to raise money and collect donations for the Rift Valley Children's Village.  We encourage families to visit the Tanzanian Children's Fund website at www.tanzanianchildrensfund.org.  The Fund is a 501(c)(3) organization and all donations are tax deductible to the extent provided by the IRS.
