Our Mission

 Our mission at Delong emphasizes our steadfast endeavor to create a diverse family of learners that encourages students to be confident, knowledgeable, responsible and productive citizens.  To accomplish this we will work with parents and community to educate children while supporting their academic and social/emotional needs.

Our vision at DeLong enlists the power of parent, community and family involvement in our school and continually strives to develop strong partnerships with our families and the community.  DeLong is a school that works together to teach strategies for children to take responsibility for their academic learning and behavior so they can become successful self-confident  learners.
