Free tutoring is available through Tacoma Public Schools. To find out about the program, the districts will host two meetings to introduce parents to tutoring providers. The meetings will be:
- Friday, Oct. 1 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Giaudrone Middle School, 4902 S. Alaska St.
- Saturday, Oct. 2 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., also at Giaudrone.
More than 50 providers offer free tutoring services.
If you need transportation to and from Giaudrone, buses will run from your child’s school to Giaudrone every hour. If you have any questions, please call the Title I office at 253-571-1111.
