Watch for a wave of bright green T-shirts scattering throughout the East Side community Saturday, June 4, as volunteers spread out around East Side schools to pick up trash and beautify the school campuses and surrounding neighborhoods for the fourth annual Clean Sweep project.
Volunteers – students, families, staff and community members – will join together to clean up the neighborhoods around East Side schools from 9 to 11 a.m. Following the clean up, participants will gather at First Creek Middle School from 11:30 to 1:30 for the awards ceremony and celebration.
