Career and Technical Education is a dynamic program offering career exploration and industry-standard skill development to all high school students in the Tacoma School District. CTE teachers are trained, experienced, and state-certified in the career field they teach. CTE teachers deliver instruction in the academic skills and knowledge related to their subject matter as well as the employability and leadership skills required for workplace success.
