The city of Tacoma, located on Puget Sound in the heart of the Pacific Northwest's "evergreen playground," has nearly 66 miles of shoreline and many parks, including Point Defiance Park with a world-class zoo and aquarium. Lewis and Madigan Army Hospital further enhance the Tacoma community.
